I ordered the 2400 model. I checked 3 web based company's. Osburnwoodstoves.com gave me the overall best price and a free moisture meter. But the main selling point that guided me to purchase the stove from Osburnwoodstoves.com was my very first conversation with Jack (salesman). Not only did he explain all of the benefits and the complete installation process. Plus I contacted him various times during the installation and he quickly answered all of my question allowing me to install myself and save $1160.00 on the installation fee. Plus Osburnwoodstoves.com is the only stove company that offered free lift service on the delivery. The other companies never even mentioned that I would have to lift a 512 pound stove off of the truck and into my drive myself. Best company I have purchased from, and with the tips and guidance from Jack I will not need to purchase another one for a very long time if ever. But if I do I will go back to Osburnwoodstoves.com for sure! Thanks Jack.

* For wood, all calculations are based on a full cord measuring 1,2 m X 1,2 m X 2,4 m (4 ft X 4 ft X 8 ft). In certain regions of Canada, we call a cord what is in fact a third of a cord: 0,4 m X 1,2 m X 2,4 m (16 in X 4 ft X 8 ft). If what you buy is a third of a cord, multiply the price by 3. For the efficiency variable, we assume in our calculations that the stove used is one tested according to the EPA or CSA B415.1 standards.
